Testing, conducted over 1-3 sessions, includes verbal interviews, written responses, independent assessments, and self-report measures, with parents or guardians also participating. A feedback session is scheduled within 30 days of testing completion, where results and recommendations are discussed. Written reports are provided upon full payment. Fees include a $175 intake appointment charge, a $300 booking fee (deducted from total testing fees), and additional charges for extra testing or services at $180 per hour. Clients are responsible for full payment according to the Psychological Testing Fee Schedule. All charges, including extended record reviews or collateral contacts, are communicated and billed transparently.
