Cognitive Behavioral Therapy
We offer Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) services to students who may be experiencing difficulties in managing their thoughts, emotions, or behaviors. Our CBT services are tailored to meet the unique needs of each student and help them develop the skills they need to overcome their challenges.
Exposure Response Prevention Therapy
We offer Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) Therapy. ERP therapy is a behavioral therapy that gradually exposes people to situations designed to provoke a person's obsessions in a safe environment. A hallmark of ERP is that it doesn't completely remove distressing situations and thoughts.
Parent Consultation & Advocacy
We offer services that assist in navigating the special education system through understanding the Full and Individual Evaluation (FIE) process, developing or reviewing effective Individualized Education Plans (IEPs), initiating or monitoring Section 504 plans, reviewing Multi-Tiered Systems of Support (MTSS) documentation including progress monitoring data.
