Cancellation Policy

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation with our cancellation policy. To reschedule or cancel an appointment, kindly make the request at least 48 hours in advance. If you cancel outside this window or fail to attend your appointment, the following cancellation fees will apply Missed Testing Session: $300; Missed Counseling Session: $50.
