Additional Resources to Support Your Mental Health

We strive to provide our clients with the best mental health resources possible. However, we understand that everyone's needs are unique. If you haven't found what you're looking for, please consider these additional resources to support your mental health.

Ask your employer if you/they have an Employee Assistance Program (EAP). Employees often have free access to a certain number of counseling sessions, and it is confidential who has access to the EAP service. Learn more about EAP here

If you're a college or graduate student, you likely have access to counseling for free through your school's Counseling and Psychological Services (CAPS). CAPS offers counseling and therapy to help students manage, cope, and grow with the stress associated with school and life
